Sunday Thoughts

So it's Sunday afternoon, and once again, I broke my promise to start writing every day.

I think it's been almost 2 weeks since my last entry, which is no good.

Like most people, I have been busy doing the whole Christmas thing, which is always a good time in my family. On Christmas Day, I went over my brother's house in the early morning to have breakfast with him, my sister-in-law, my parents, my grandfather and of course my two nephews. I watched them open some gifts and their stockings and it was so cute. Even though I might be getting too old to squeal with joy at Santa's presents, I am certainly not too old to enjoy watching my nephews do it.

Later on Christmas day, I went to my aunt's house in Burlington to wine and dine with my dad's side of the family. It's always nice to see them- they are are all wicked sarcastic and wicked Italian, which means we share a lot of laughs and a lot of food.

I've got a busy week comign up, starting with apartment-sitting for my sister tonight.

I'm very excited about it, hopefully it will be a good time on that side of the city tonight. =)
